1 button 1 brad challenge

The second challenge on the creative corner blog was to use at least 1 button and 1 brad. I need a few thank you cards for the girls that came to my last workshop and here is what I came up with. These are 4 x 4 cards.

Creative corner 1st challenge

I made this card based on the 1st creative corner challenge. It was a sketch challenge. I decided on soft summer colors of pink, moss. Check this site out to see some awesome stampers.

Sunflower 3 x 3 note card

The second project we made at my workshop was this 3 x 3 embossed note card. First you color the stamped image with stampin up markers then color over the whole thing with a versamark marker or an embossing ink marker and emboss with clear EP. We then made a mini envelope by cutting the envelope in half to create a square size. The closure is a circle punch with a slit to hold the designer paper flap. Too cute!

Wild Rose one last time.

This beautiful stamp set "Wild Rose" is retiring from the current Stampin UP catalog and I will miss it. I showed my friends at my last workshop how to use the stamp-a-ma-jig to get the stamps just right on this two step stamp set.

We had a great time at my last workshop making this note card holder. It holds postcards and the matching envelopes.

Happy Father's Day

I used the copper embossing powder and stickers to make the "Dad" greeting on these cards. I then punch the copper embossed paper out and with a small circle and punch and attached with an eyelet.

Summer Butterfly

I used the "Garden Whimsey" butterfly again to create a fun summer hello card.

Hello Butterfly Tag card

Today's card I used some of my favorite colors. I need to make more square cards I like them. A few layers of designer paper and card stock with a butterfly in the middle. The tag punch was a quick way to add words to this card.
